is a State Certified
General Real Estate Appraiser, which allows her to value all
types of real estate. She
holds a degree in Business Administration.
Always
promoting education and consumer awareness, Cindy has taken
dozens of industry related courses sponsored by The Appraisal
Institute and The National
Association of Independent Fee Appraisers.

In addition to these courses, Cindy attends various
conferences and seminars on a regular basis, in order to learn
the latest advances in the field of real estate appraisal and
technology, so that ASG can provide the best quality
service to you, the consumer.

Since
1987, Cindy Schoenly has been providing the region with quality
real estate appraisals and consulting services.
Her goal in starting ASG was to provide the consumer with professional one-on-one service. In 1997, she
formed her own business known as Appraisal Services Group.
ASG operates from the Boyertown Area in Montgomery County, only minutes from
Pottstown, PA. ASG covers four different counties
in Pennsylvania--Berks, Chester, Delaware, and
