Responsible for narratives on proposed residential developments, agricultural farms, existing commercial and industrial buildings, and completed market studies on residential and commercial lots for construction and other types of financing.  Narratives prepared in full compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) of the Appraisal Foundation and the Appraisal Institute, as well as Title XI of the Financial Institution Reform, Recovery, and Enforcement Act of 1989 (FIRREA).
